Young people prepare all year round for high levels of competition in three disciplines.

DESCENT
It is a race against the clock, where it is essential to choose your trajectory well according to the currents and the natural obstacles formed by the rocks.

ONLINE RACE
The goal is to cross the finish line before the others. The competition area is a calm body of water with 9 signposted lanes (9 opponents in direct confrontation).

SLALOM

The game consists of traversing as quickly as possible a white water course of approximately 400 meters, respecting the obligatory materialized passages.

SCHEDULE
Tuesday *, Wednesday and Thursday, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Saturday, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

* Except if competition the previous Sunday

Base Nautique Ado and Mad Tesnière, in Périgueux

France Canoe-Kayak Pole, in Rennes and Toulouse

GOALS

Master a progressive and individualized training program

Participate in regional, national and international competitions

Improve endurance, self-confidence and stress management

ADDITIONAL SPORTS ACTIVITIES

Coaches combine disciplines to improve performance.

My main goal is to have fun on the water. Canoeing is the only sport where I feel close to nature, all within a large family that shares a great spirit of conviviality.
